How many miles on your car and how many with the HC package?
If you push in the cluch at about 100 on the highway does the vibe go away? Just trying to determine if its driveshaft related. I'm thinking its not because at 100MPH in 6th, mine had an on/off vibe sound. The vibe did not go away when the clutch was pushed in.
At 60k miles found the 2 aft bearings in the drive shaft where bad. Another local 01 Z06 with 48k miles had the same problem. Both cars have over 20 trackdays.

also,the rubber couplers are bad to crack/wear out and cause vibrations... Lamar and Rob Walden at LMA has developed a high horsepower ready replacement set at good price..already fixed several cars...call 770/449-0315
