P1571 H- Traction control torque request circuit
C1226 H-RF Excessive wheel speed variation
B2723 H- PASS- Key Detection Circuit
U1064 H- Lost Communication with BCM
RTD- No COMM.

Either way a problem with your RTD will not cause a check engine light to illuminate, the P1571 is causing that, I say rest all your codes and try it again.

Maxi Fuse# 53
Ground connection G-402 and G401
You can tell if you have selective ride if you have a switch on your center console that allows you to select suspension settings like Tour, Sport and Performance.
Your Electronic Brake Traction Module (EBTCM) is a rear mounted version. It is subject to severe weather conditions and road salts. There is a good chance that the ground connection on the module is corroded. Examine the ground, soak it in penerating oil and very carefuly disconnect and clean it.
How old and what condition is your battery in?

You should be charging at around 13.5 - 14.5 Volts.
