Drivers side window bottoms out hard

Is there any such thing as a soft stop adjustment for the drivers side window? Mine bottoms out hard and it seems like I cannot override the express down feature. It goes up fine.

Don't know about your first question (or if you really have a problem), but as to the second issue.. You tap the down button again after the initial push. It will stop the window from rolling down all the way.. Try it and see.. I can't imagine how that particular function would be broken.
