i have my car lowered all the way on stock bolts, now i want to cut the bushings off. I have the shock absorber, lower control arm, and sway bar bolts all out. I cant get the lower control arm to drop out from the bracket, the stud wont fall threw. ive tried jacking it up and it doesnt help, what else can i do.

i had the same problem and i beat that bolt down with a hammer and messed with it for about 3 hours no joke and i gave up.. i just ended up using a saw and cutting the rubber pad.. just turn the bolt all the way up so you have a slight clearance to get to it...

if anyone knows how to get it off it would be good to know in case i decide to take the bolt out completely later...

Use a bottle jack to push the spring up. There is plenty of room to get the bolt out.

Just use another jack and put it under the monoleaf spring and jack it up enough to unscrew the bolt out the bottom. You may have to use some wd-40 to spray on the threads and run it up and down a couple of times before they will screw out the bottom. I simply ran the bolt up as far as I could by hand and took a sawsall and cut the bolts off and ran them out the bottom and chunked them in the trash can. I have not had any problems with mine at all.

i did it!
if you ant to drop the lower control arm you need to get ahold of a ball joint seperater tool. it can be found at local parts store. put it right above the ball joint and tap it softly and it will just drop right out. now you will have plenty of room to remove the bolt or just cut the bushings with the bolt still in there.
