Rear Side Marker Bulb

Rear Side Marker Bulb
The bulb is out. It appears I have to somehow wedge my hand between the muffler and fender, no easy feat. If I can manage that does the bulb socket pull out? 1/4 twist?? Any others deal with this?

LOL. You'll kick yourself when you read this:
Take out the outer tail light housing and there is plenty of room to get at the bulb.
Can't remember if it twists out or what but you'll have a good look at it through the tail light hole.
