'04 remote CD changer input
Can anyone tell me whether it is feasible to connect a MP3 player to the stock AM/FM/CD radio? I have been told that I can connect to a plug in the passenger footwell that would be used for a remote CD changer (since I don't have a remote CD changer) but I can't determine which plug I should use. Also, does anyone have any info on harnesses? I haven't decided yet whether I will get an iPod or a Dell DJ.

Contact Tuan at the Lite Warehouse (a Forum Sponsor). He sells the harness and the adapter that you need to connect to the factory plugs in the passenger footwell. The adapter has RCA outputs which you can use to connect your MP3 player. The harness is around $70 and the adapter is around $70. Then you probably need an adapter to go from the standard RCA to the smaller 1/8 normally used on the MP3 players. Just contact Tuan, he will fix you up with the parts you need.
