both sensors on the passenger side go into the passenger side exhaust. Both sensors on the drivers side go into the drivers side exhaust.

Somebody posted after I posted here. They said the rear 02 sensors are crossed like they cross in the stock pipes. I checked the instructions and he may be right. I didn't notice that the stock wireing for the rear sensors were crossed. So, I may have mine wired wrong! Whoever posted that, has evidently deleted the post.

On my Dynatech headers (SuperMaxx) My O2s were wired as follows:

Front
Left sensor to left harness
Right sensor to right harness

Rear
Left sensot to right harness
Right sensor to left harness

Just like the factory or stock setting.

Use anti-seize compound (Hi temp) on the sensors and be sure to route the wiring harness up out of the way and fasten it so it won't droop down and touch the exhaust any place.

When complete, fire up and run for a while (not moving) and then look carefully to be sure that all is still intact. Double check to make sure that you didn't forget to tighten up or replace anything before you take it out on the road for a test drive.

Then get ready to deal with the grin

The rears look crossed, but the wiring is NOT crossed. The left rear O2 plugs into the harness on the left side of the car. Same for the right side. The front two O2's will look crossed also, make sure you plug each sensor into it's respective side of the wiring harness.

It's easy once you get down there and look at it. Just pay close attention when doing the wiring.

Good luck. The install is very smooth.

Thanks!!! I haven't looked at mine since I picked it up at Lingenfelters. If the above is true, I imagine they would have corrected it. Personally z06 Steve, I appreciate you taking the time to call!
