There are two ways to do this.
Jack car high enough to get under front end.
remove panel directly below directional location which will give you access to the plug holding the bulb or
CAREFULLY from the front of the car push the air duct below the directional lamp back and to the side and you will be able to feel the plug holding the bulb. This plug turns(twist) to be removed. NO JACKING REQUIRED. Should be able to change bulb in about 5 minutes.
RedVet has the perfect advice. I've changed the bulbs both ways. Fortunately, the bulbs are cheap. I bought two for $5.50. If you jack it up, be careful to position the jack exactly as the manual directs you.
You can also raise the lights (turn on headlights and then back off one position), remove the plastic cover around the lights and reach in that way. Some people also have to remove the hood stop to reach in.
Either way, do not touch the bulbs with your bare hands The oils in your hand will shorten bulb life.
Are you talking about the turn signals/DTR lights?
If so, I just turned the headlights on so they opened up, then remove the plastic frame from around it and squeeze your arm down to the lower bulb, twist it, take it out, put the new one in.
Took me a little longer then 5 minutes though.....maybe 7 minutes.
It's easy.
