Stuck in gear
My 03 Z is sitting in the driveway, stuck in fourth gear. It just will not come out of gear. Any ideas?

Do you have an after market shifter? if yes, check to see if one of the stop bolts or spring tension bolts did not come loose and wedge in there. Mine did the same thing, I freaked out for a minute and then checked it and and one of the spring preload bolts on my Hurst shifter had unscrewed and blocked the shifter. Simple fix and this time I loctited the bolts.

Shifter is a modified stock shifter. I don't know if it has stops, but I guess that will be the first thing to check

I did that once two. I could only use my even gears. It really sucked driving home...
