Default upgrade advice

I have a 2002 vert A4 with Corsa x pipe, Corsa Indy catback exhaust and a R&M Racing warm air intake. 2.73 gears

I would like to be a little faster at the 1/4 mile drag track and when accelerating from other than a dead stop.

I visited my local Corvette Performance shop and received the following quotes:
Vortex Ram Air / Power Duct / install $675
180 degree thermostat / install $168
headers long tube kok6104, performance cats, y pipe / install $2,977
Warrior T/C, Ring & Pinion 3:42 ratio, install kit, installation $2,035
Custom tuning using LS1 Edit $356

I have all sorts of questions and looking for comments:
What stall? Would it make sense to only due the T/C/ gears and custon tuning (would rather only spend $2500 at this time instead of $6,400. Help?

Vortex Ram Air / Power Duct / install $675 - No way! Not even for a VaraRam!

180 degree thermostat / install $168 - This takes 10 minutes if you are slow. Do it yourself here.

headers long tube kok6104, performance cats, y pipe / install $2,977 - Sorry, I just went to the bathroom and threw up. Y pipe? Y is right, Y the hell are these people in business?

Warrior T/C, Ring & Pinion 3:42 ratio, install kit, installation $2,035 - $1000 for the gear box and no more than $500 for the install.

Custom tuning using LS1 Edit $356 - If this is on a dyno this is a good price but I seriously doubt it and I would guess these people don't know how to use LS1 Edit.

I have all sorts of questions and looking for comments:
Help?

You have mine.

For once I agree with the cajun man. Better prices and from what it sounds like better service can be had at other locations.

Texas Speed is reputable and they are 5 hours from Angelfire New Mexico so probably 10 hours from you. But probably worth the drive!

Oh yeah, what the heck is a Warrior TC?

And the Headers look like a Kooks part number, so I bet they were looking at the F-Body numbers. LOL!

What the heck is the install kit for the Warrior? There is no install kit for a differential.

As I read the quote, the install kit is ring & pinion for 249, the ring & pinion 3:42 ratio is 499, the Warrior Torque converter is 468, labor to install gears and torque converter is 534, and sublet to set up is 285 for the total of $2035. I am unable to find a Warrior Torque converter on a search for the internet. I hoped someone recognized the name.

thanks everyone for their comments so far.

What are F-Body numbers? Are Kooks not a good brand?

Kooks are the best IMO, other will tell you LG, but i have seen better numbers consistantly out of Kooks. But F-Bodies are camaros and Trans Am's. They utilize a y-pipe exhaust after the manifolds as opposed to the vettes that have "true duals"
