What tire size?
Anyone know what the largest tire size that will fit on a Mallet Style 18x11 wheel is? The offest is supposed to be the same as a Z06 rear wheel. I've been told a 315 35 18 would work but I'm worried it might rub. What size do guys start the mini tubs at? My 295 35 18 looks to small for the rim.

If it is same offset as a Z06 a 335/25/18 will fit, any wider on a 18" wheel will need to tub. The problem I see with the setup you ask about is wheel width not clearance. Some people will tell you the wheel is too narrow for a 335, I disagree but it has more to do with how well it fits not whether it can be mounted and driven. A 315 on an 11" wheel is a perfect fit in my opinion. Another consideration is the 335 will stick out past the fender, the 315 also sticks out slightly.

Good info. I'm looking for more traction for my upcoming tc and gears install plus a little more protection for my rims. The rim actually looks like it is too big for the current tire. 315's seem to be the way to go.
