I use the Brey-Krauss mounts purchased from http://www.ogracing.com/eshop/home.asp?categ=220 and they work great. The tunnel side mounts to the seat rail between the rail and the existing seat belt mount (which is retained) and the outboard mount sits underneath the door sill plastic. You must slightly enlarge the slot the seatbelt travels through but it's easy and very clean.

Hope this helps.
This is what I'm using now and they are awesome.
You'll also need to get a couple of these for your lap belt and sub strap: Snap in clip
I can't remember where I got mine but they were cheaper than this and all I got was the snap in restraint, I didn't get the eyebolt and nut.
I wish there was something a little less pricy. Has anyone fabricated an alterniative?
Keith
These make for an extremely clean install and include the brackets for both seats, I thought they were a little pricey as well until I found out that it came with 4 brackets

And they are proven material. not a "well give this a try"
