Default Please help another newbie!

Been lurking for a couple of months now and have purchased my first upgrade to my 2001 C5 MN6. I found a super nice guy with an 03 Z that sold me his bilstiens and springs for CHEAP. I still have not installed them yet as I have the adjustable ride suspension and I assume disconnection of the system will throw codes. How do I remedy that? I also would appreciate any info in swapping the springs and shocks in case I am overlooking something. Also, do I need to get a new alignment after replacing those springs and shocks. I will be changing the height (lowering) slightly but in South Louisiana, I can't do much as everything drags now. This is my daily driver and MY only car. The wife has hers but we both work and I can't afford to be down.

Thanks guys for all the help so far.

If you have the F45 real time damping system then you'll need to plug in simulators where the shocks used to be, here they are: F45 sims

Or you can have the F45 deleted with a TechII.

A&A Corvettes can do it if you are around here.
