I have gotten that code also on my wifes '97. No clue what it is, but I was also getting other codes with it. Check engine light on, too. Kept clearing codes and a couple of days later they'd all light up again (traction, oxy sensor, etc.) Mine came down to a slight leak at the radiator, must have been dripping coolant, or the fans were blowing it onto something electrical. Changed out the rad. and all is okay. I'd clear the codes and see what happens, if they come back check for corrosion at any electrical connections you can find. Hopefully it will be as easy as mine was
