Default clicking noise from rear/diff/susp, I think?

I just got done having my tranny rebuilt. I did all the work on the car, put in a new clutch, slave cylinder, master cylinder, Z06 sway bars, and Bilstien's. The 1st test drive was great, then I drove about 150 miles. When making a left at a light I heard a "clicking" noise comming from, I don't know, maybe the rear of the car. It occurs when I am letting the clutch out in 1st gear, as soon as I am moving, 10ft, it goes away. I also heard it when going over a cross street with a large crown on it, I think the suspension travels through it's range. However when I bounce the car in my driveway I don't hear it. What do you think I forgot or what do you think may have loosened up. Also, do you think it has anything to do with the drivetrain?

First thing I'd check is the sway bar links. They are notorious for loosening up after a swap.

I just went for another ride, seems like the car needs to warm up a bit before it starts in. Also, I am 99% sure it's susp related, very noisey over bumps.
Patches, I'll check the links tomorrow, I may have heard the front making some noise too, and besides the shocks, that's the only thing I touched up there.

The only thing I was not sure of when I put it back on the car was the rear mono leaf spring. I never measured the distance from the bolt to end of shaft like the service manual tells you too. I didn't read that until I put the car back together. On the spring, starting from the top side, does it go nut, rubber gromet, A-arm, spring, rubber gromet, bolt head? It looked odd to me that there would be a 1-2 inch gap between the spring and the A-arm. Is this correct?

Well, after some more rides and inspecting the rear of the car, I isolated the noise to the front...I then took the driver side shock off to find a crack in the upper shock mount. 2 cracks on either side of the hole. I am assuming it's on both sides, I didn't look. I think I caused it by using the new rubber gromets that came with the Bilstiens instead of using the hardware that came with the car. I remember there being a beefy washer in this region. Guess I needed it...what a dumb a$$.
