Damn Pat, as many cam/heads swaps as you've done, figured you'd have this down pack by now

MTI C2 224/0.581/112 No bucking, no surging, and idles at 825rpm's

I have the X1 (230-228 112 LSA) With the idle way down low, making it sound much bigger and meaner.
Perfect street manners and an extra 44HP and 41 Torque.
417 RWHP 404 Torque. (401 on this chart)
My only complaint it that I may have gained to much bottom end torque, its tougher to launch than I expected.

Comp 224/228 114+1. Idle 950 rpm.

Slight lope at idle. No bucking, no surging. Very smooth at low rpms. I can inch along at 6-7mph in traffic, through parking lots etc in first gear (MN6) with no bucking. With 410 gears 6th gear is usable at 45mph.

444RWHP 412RWTQ with AFR heads etc.

Comp Cam 220/220 .564/.564 114. Idles and runs great! Absolutely no bucking or surging. However, I'm moving to the Futral F4 cam (226/226 .575/.575 114) in June. I will post my results then.

LPE GT2-3. It hasn't been installed yet, but from everyone I have spoken with and everything I've read there is no driveability differences between the LPE cam and a stock cam.
