Anything diff then any other car, I have done it on my 87 Vette and my 95 Lincoln. Someone was telling me it needs to be shimmed. Any help would be great
Just make sure the lug nuts are torques correctly (100 ft/lbs) and the change is the same. Brake caliper bolts are torqued at 125 ft/lbs. Pretty simple change, nothing special I know of.

The caliper brackets are 125 ft-lb, the caliper bolts are 23 ft-lb.
You only need to remove one caliper bolt to change pads, then rotate the caliper up out of the way to install pads. I like the GM kits as new shims, springs and a bolt is provided for the change.
