I have the same thing on order. I am hoping it's louder than stock but not obnoxious. Is that accurate?

Well, I have to recommend the Corsa Indy's. The WOT is great and there's no noise at cruise. They look great, sound great and they have their own GM part #. The guys at Corsa are good people also.

Default The perfect sound (Corsa)

I have a 2000 torch red convertable with the touring system with the pro tips. I wish they would of had the tiger tips when i got mine but i am still very satisfied with mine. I liked it so much that i bought a corsa for my pick-up. The best thing i can say about corsa is that at highway speeds you have no interior drone, but when you accelarate it will talk to you. The ladies love the sound. I woud also recomend a y-pipe so that you would not get the snap crackle and pop.

I have the Indy Corsa system with pro tips and x-pipe. Just as quiet at cruise as stock, but awesome... when you take off. I have not regretted a day since buying this system.
Go to the corsa site and take a listen...

I had my setup like this and I agree the sound is great. Now I have installed a DS1C setup with TPIS headers without cats and at idle and cruise they are ok, however at WOT I prefer a deeper sound as they are kind of raspy compared to my buddies same setup with Borla dual tips. No blower they are great, now I am probably going to change out of my Corsa for the deeper sound under the WOT that FI produces.

Borla Stingers in my '01 Vert sound great. Some Coupe owners complain about drone at 1800 RPM, but in the Vert with a sound partition there is no issue.

I have a 6sp coupe and the drone at 1700-1800 or 70-75mph the stingers were obnoxious. I could not carry a normal conversation and had to turn the radio up to drown out the drone. Arround town they were sweet sounding but I could not stand the hwy noise. I removed them and got MagnaFLows. They are better at hwy speeds but not as nice arround town so it depends on what you want.

Good luck.
