I just finished up on my stereo install during which time the battery was disconnected. I reconnected the battery and found out it was dead, so I pulled it out of the car and charged it up overnight. Went to connect it this morning and from the passenger side footwell I hear this buzzing noise comming from, I assume the cars computer(silver box with all the wires going to it?). I waited a few minutes and connected the battery again, but this time no buzzing noise. Went to go start the car and all I get is a clicking noise, not like the starter clicking noise, but an electrical clicking noise. All other electrical functions in the car works fine just will not start. I just spent the last 3 hours going over all my connections I made for the stereo to make sure there was nothing that came loose and that might be grounding. I am going home in a couple hours to check to see if there are any codes.

Any help would greatly be appreciated!
Have you checked the battery with a volt meter or hydrometer? That would be the first step. You have to determine if the battery is good. If using a volt meter wait a few hrs after charging or you'll get a false reading.
all the codes are most likely due to low battery......do you have another vehicle you can hook it up to not necessarily to jump start it but to see if you can turn the car on and off and back on without throwing codes??? I got $50 that says new battery will cure your problem
I tested the battery and it shows a full charge. I went out and bought new battery just for the heck of it and it is doing the same thing. As soon as you turn the key to the on position the silver box in the passenger footwell buzzes like an alarm clock.
Should I clear the codes and retry starting it and see if the codes change. I was curious about the codes because they all show in history and nothing current?
After all my sweating today and thinking my car was dead the issue did turn out to be the battery. The new battery that I bought was actually bad. They gave me another one. Dropped it into the car and it fired right up.
Most likley it is not the batteries. You probably have a bad or defective battery cable. Often the OEM AC Delco side post battery will leak acid and it spills into the battery cable terminal end. The corrosion makes a bad connection. The buzzing relays indicate that there was NOT enough battery voltage to allow the normaly energized relays to energize.
If I were you I would remove and examine each battery cable , clean the connection with a wire brush, spray it out with brake parts cleaner, followed by a good doush with WD-40 and reassemble. Tighten the battery cables to 11 FT/LBS
