Pulsing noise from back left, and error message?

Pulsing noise from back left, and error message?
I was getting a pulsing on the left side, so I bought a new rim and sure enough the front left was bent on my 2k Coupe. I had the front left changed and I still have the rubbing or pulsing noise on the left side - only now I'm getting an error/warning message that my left rear tire is flat.
I checked the tire and it's got 32lbs in it. I've gotten the flat tire warning 4x now in last 25miles. I dont have time to get to the dealer until later this week, anyone have a clue what could be wrong?
The car tracks perfect, there is a very slight vibration, but the pulsing noise is clear.
