hard start
Once my 99 warms up its hard to start. You have to turn the key on and off a few times, then it will start. I have changed the fuel filter, put new injectors in, I think maybe the fuel pump, any suggestions, thanks Jim.

Sounds like it maybe a fuel line check valve (stuck open when you turn the engine off,thus bleeding down the injector manifold). This check valve keeps the injector manifold pressurized when the fuel pump is not operating (IE, you turn the key a few time pressurizing the manifold). Do a search and you should get some hits.

Do you have any codes. The only other thing that I can think of is a temp sensor is out of range. It is most likley a fuel issue. See if you can get a hold of a fuel pressire guage and see what the fuel pressure is cold and hot.
