Electrical Problems - HELP!
Today the passengers side window or lock just stopped working?
It did this 6 months ago and at the time all I did was slam the door shut and they started working again .... today no luck .... My key fob stopped working too ... I followed the instructions in the book and it works again with the drivers door.
Is the fix the replacement of the black module in the door or is there some other fix?
Need to get the window back up.
Any help will be appreciated

I don't understand ....
OK - last night I pulled off the door panel and replaced the "black box module" (had a used spare) .... no change?
I also had a spare window motor so I plugged it in (with the original black box) and it worked!! so you figure it's a bad window motor, right?
Wrong, after it worked I put the plug back on the original window motor and it worked?
So, I put everything back (all original parts) and everything is working - locks, window & fob.
Has anyone else had this experience?
Is there some other relay or something that got reset when I unplugged / plugged in the second motor?
It's nice that my window is up again but I have no confidence that it won't happen again.

Sounds like loose connections abound! I'm glad things are okay.
I've worked on many systems that have failed. Took them apart for more detailed inspection and couldn't find anything wrong with the individual parts. Put it all back together again and bam! Everything works!
