How to get to horns?
I'm told that I should have a pleasant sounding one, but instead it sounds like a Kia!
How do I get to them to check for lose or faulty wires?

Yep, the horn assembly is attached to the skid bar. You have to remove the closeout panel to get to them like the above post states.
