I lowered the car on the stock bolts and ended up with a lopsided car. Right front and left rear were both 3/8 or better lower than the oposit side. I have tweaked the bolt heights and have it pretty close now. I was wondering if anyone else had seen this issue before. I think I saw a thread on here a few weeks ago but the searches I did were not fruitfull.

Drive about 100 miles and let the suspension settle. It may still be a little off, side to side. Adjust the offending corners at that point and get a 4 wheel alignment.
Not uncommon for one side to be lower then the other. You will have to raise the lower side up to match the high side.
do the front first balance right to left.
Then raise up the rear.
Keep a 4 mm difference from the front jaking puck points in the frame to the rear jacking puck points. Rear is 4 mm higher. This will give you the rake needed for aerodynamics.
and as England said after all is said and done, get an alignment.
I drove quite at least 100 miles since the lowering and still had the difference. The 4mm diff is good information, I didn't even look at that. I plan on the alignment after I get it tweaked in to within a mm or so, hard to do bacuase no place I have found is completly flat! I think I have it pretty close now though.
