Steering Column Sensor
________________________________________ ____________________
[TheHammer]I keep getting this code. It is "Steering Sensor Uncorrelated Malfunction". What is the problem where is the sensor, and how can I fix it?

This happened to my car a few years ago. It's located at the base of the steering column. I believe the steering column has to be removed in order to replace the sensor. I believe the sensor tells the computer what angle your wheels are turned which is also tied into the traction control feature. The "Vette Doctors" cured my car's ailment. I recently got this code again when I changed my shocks and didn't put the "A Frame" spacers back where they originally came from.
Anyone have pictures? I am not as familiar with the steering components of the car as other parts. I would like to know if I will be able to fix this myself, and a possible way to troubleshoot the actual problem to insure that it is just connection/ground issues.
