iPOD dock and install for C5

I am looking for an easy to install iPOD dock that will fit into my C5. Needs to include the recharger and FM radio broadcast features. I am open to other options which have been successful as well. Thanks.

Do a search on the forum. There have been many posts about what you are looking for. Some people have hardwired their connection.

i have the Z hardwired, but, i switch ipod between vehicles using New Tech RoadTriphttp://www.ipodlounge.com/index.php/...nsmitter-ipod/ ....is a charger and modulator combo....this thing works! had been using Itrip, but, this is way better..very clean sound...also, mount ipod in ProClip dashmount....http://www.proclipusa.com/home/home.aspx

walmart has a similar one that goes into the h-phone jack made by Scosche & is $17 & works excellent,you can plug it into the console cig. aux. outlet for a stealth look.

I can't comment on the FM modular type of adapter since I'm not using one, however...

I am using the direct connect type mentioned by a couple of the previous posters: mp3yourcar and I'm really happy with it. The installation was very easy (virtually plug and play; you can purchase all necessary cables through these guys). It's an expensive solution but it will allow you to control your iPod through the factory head unit including: power on/off the iPod, FF/RWD to the next track, control the volume, and most importantly to me: automatically recharge your iPod's battery when physically connected.
