I know there have been threads on replacing the hazard/flasher module that makes your turn signals work intermittently, but apparently I'm too stupid to find them.. I've had zero luck with the search feature. Help a brother out...
To get at that switch I think you have to take the console out then the dash front face plate. I am not sure if you have to take out the gage cluster to actually get the damn thing out. I know it's a PIA to get at. If your going in maybe you could take some pics of the undertaking. Are you sure that operating the switch a few dozen times won't correct what is wrong with it? Probably just a bad connection. Keep us posted.
its time consuming but its really simple job just keep up with the screws. lift the arm rest up first take out those 4 bolts kinda wiggle it an slide it back wards, remove the torks screws from the dash and remove the little vent on the right of the steering wheel theres a screw under there and you can remove that piece to get to the radio remove the radio and then you can check and see if its loose fro m there. if thats not it, then remove the piece from under the steering wheel, glovecompart ment, and you,ll have to take the molding off the wind shield post to get to 2screws under the molding then the 2 screws under the defrost vent and the the dash will wiggle it self out that switch was about 45$ from the dealership ive had mine out twice last week i forgot to plug mine back up after working on the ac. it took 45 min the last time i did it have any questions feel free to email me the dealership want about 300 $ to do this.

Try this link - It how to put "Aluminum Gauge Bezels" on but it should get you to your Hazard/flasher module.
Thank you very much for your advice. Looks like any way it's going to be a time consuming PITA for a wannabe mechanic like me...
I just did the HUD retrofit and installed gauge bezels.....so I have the dash pad and cluster out. Its just takes some time an patience.....but if I can do it, just about anybody can. Just take your time. I know there was a recent post (maybe one of the above), where the forum member figured out a way to pop out the hazard switch and then get to it by taking out the radio. Some minor disasembly with this approach but much less than taking out the entire pad. Good luck
Saw a post a year or so ago.. the factory fix is to remove the dash.. although in the post, the guy said he was able to get to it by removing the radio and AC surround panel then the radio and getting to it through the radio opening...
