I know there was a thread or two on how to replace the hazard/flasher module, but I'll be damned if I can find it. Help a brother out...

All I know is that you have to take the dash apart to get to it... Royal PITA.

If you pull the center console off and take out the radio you can remove it from there.Or even better take out the gauge cluster, you can also remove it from there. No need to remove the dash pad!

Check out the reply I sent to you in the C5 General section

It is a "how to " site that has pics on how to put in "aluminum bezel"

It has picutes of all the step you must do to get to the hazard/flasher module. It does look like a P.I.T.A. , that is the best I can do for you.

Good Luck.

Actually, pulling the console - A/C controller is no big deal. Takes about an hour at most. Vette Essentials website has a good pictorial on how to do that. If your radio has to be removed, you may have to unlock it after you reinstall it, before it will work. The directions on how to do that are on the Forum...do a search. I'm not sure if that can be avioded if there is a way to unlock it on the DIC before you remove it. I think is has to come out in any event, to get the flasher unit out.
