A4 w/ Borlas, 3.90s & TC (tuned after install), just installed LT Headers but NOT tuned yet... When I accelerate fast and then let up, the car makes a rumbling/"thunder like" sound.

Is this normal?
Will the tune fix this?
That my friend is the beauty (IMO) of headers so long as you have no codes and there is no hesitation or something like that youre probably okay. That is just the result of having a more free flowing exhaust.
Somebody once mentioned in a thread like this that you could change something in a "deceleration fuel table" and get rid of the popping noise, but I have no idea if they were just talkng out their @$$ or not
I noticed it. With the gears/TC and now Headers the car is like a new beast!... sound & power. I am getting a dyno (and tune) on Friday and will post #s.
