Brass headlight gears???

I did a search for installation instructions for replacing the nylon gears in the headlight pop ups. I am pretty sure there was some info out there, but I could not find it, any help would be appreciated.

Also, does anyone know where I can buy the brass gears for the headlight motors?

It is pretty is to replace. Mine went out and like an idiot I bought a new one. But I took apart the old. Not much to it.

I bought one from the guy and it was definately an improvement of the stock nylon gear in their. My only problem was the seperating of the motor. Good luck.
