Default WTF is wrong?
My 98 has a bad misfire in cyl#7 changed the coil, plugs, wires that did'nt fix it, and all the grounds look fine! The car also backfires! What the hell is wrong?

Have you checked the compression. Could be a valve.

That does'nt sound good, how much will it cost to fix if that's the problem? If that is whats wrong, what mods should I do why its apart?

Stage 2 heads , 224 cam , hardened push rods, valve spings, new lifters..... ah hell just read my signature.
