I opened up the actuator to indes the teeth by 2 teeth(this is what i have heard fixes the hot on drivers side problem). There are several gears in there. Does anyone have a PHOTO illustration of how to do it and which wat to index it? Please HElp!!

You shouldn't need to open the actuator and "index" the gearset. When the temperature control system is reset, the actuator moves clockwise, then counter-clockwise to determine its useable range of motion.
If the actuator is working reliably, it learns the full working range this way. If it isn't working, the temperature does not change, or doesn't change much.
Recently I learned how to change out the actuators when my RH unit failed and my wife froze anytime the outside temp was lower than 65.
Do a search for temperature actuator. You are looking for the fuses to pull and re-insert to reset the system.
Sorry I can't remember the fuse numbers, but if your actuator stills works, then resetting the system will help you out. If not, you get to learn how to take the whole dash apart.
That's the way it went with mine - I tried to add freon (which I've done on many other cars) but it would not take it. I took it to a AC guy, he evacuated the system, then charged - it's ice cold now -
