PLEASE HELP! I have a 97 vette the motor is stock and I what to put a new set of heads and cam in it. I have come across a set of heads with a stage 2 port job that are Z06 heads they have a 59cc camber with 2.055 intake valves and 1.57 ex valves with they fit and work good without hitting the factory pistons. I don't know what cam I'm going with but will have about a 575 lift. I will have a new intake plus have my computer retuned. Can anyone out there help me I don't want to make a mistake. or what are good heads. It's are Patriot heads. I'm also looking at a set of VPER heads does anyone know about this heads. Todd

59 cc chambers will give 11.3 to 1 compression for starters. It's getting a bit high for pump gas. If they are Patriot heads, they are not true LS6 heads. You will get mixed reviews about them to say the least. You could most likely do better........ Never heard of VPER heads.
