Tighten up visor

The passenger side sun visor in my '98 coupe won't stay up when it's flipped forward. The only time I do this is when the top's off, otherwise the visors are flipped back to cover the latches.

Anyone know how to tighten it up so my passenger can see the road when the top's off?

This is a pain for me, as well. I have the exact same problem. Any help would be appreciated.
