I agree, but... I'll admit, I usually do it the old fashioned RR, LR, RF, LF and have had no problems. So, if you have done it the "wrong" way, I wouldn't lose any sleep over it.
I also believe the proper way to bleed the brakes is to bleed them with the ignition off, then with the ignition on (but car off). I don't have my shop manual with me so I can't confirm the totally correct method.
But, once again, I tried this a few times and saw no difference so stopped doing it and just do it with the ignition off.
