Headlight Problem New C5 Owner
I just got this C5 last week and I find that when I turn on the headlights they don't come up, if I turn them off and then right back on they flip up. They will always come up on the second time the switch is turned on but not on the first time? If the switch is bad why do they always work on the second time and not the first? :Is this normal on a C5?

I have to turn mine on and off a few times to get them to come up - one trick I learned though, is to switch on lights as soon as engine fires up - for some reason that pops them up instanly - don't ask me why or how - I'm thinking it has something to do with voltage -

Any noises or attempt to raise the lights on the first try? The plastic gears wear out and can be replaced with brass... odd that both lights are balky. Also make sure motors are still tightly attached to the headlight housing.
