Question/harmonic balancer

at idle the pulley seems to have a harsh vibration to it. When reving the motor the vibration smooths out and the pulley spins ture at around 1 and through the rpm. The pully has no dirt or gunk on it giving a false impression that it is vibrating. Is this normal on ls1 motor or is it a sign of a bent flywheel, crank, harmonic balancer, ect.

Its pressed together with a thin rubber flat ring between it. What youre seeing is normal and is just how the balancer assembly was pressed together. Most have a slight imbalance/wobble look to it.

I also noticed my balancer had a slight wobble at idle, after checking around, I found out these are notorious for eventually comming apart and doing damage, due to a faulty factory design (press fit?)
anyway I had it replaced and it now turns true.
