Guys....need help to determine what is wrong with my car. Ok, here's my set up; LGM long tubes and Sims, Hi flow cats with Ti cats.
Long tubes have been on for better part of two years with no codes. I just got the car on the road this weekend and took a drive, bingo a check engine light- solid.
So this is what the cheat sheet for codes says; Heated Oxygen Sensor (HO2S0 Insufficient Switching Bank 1 Sensor 1-8).
So is this a problem with a Sim or is it the O2 Sensor? Is there a way to isolate the problem.
I was able to clear the code and it didn't show up when re-starting the engine.
What should I do next?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance.
