If I replace H pipe with X pipe?
Will the popping on decel go away totally? or will it just be less noticeable? I kinda like it. How many horses can I expect to pick up with the X pipe?

Vette Magazine picked up 2 rwhp on the addition of a Magnaflow X-pipe. The popping will fade a bit but not go away. The X-pipe will quiet down the tone a bit but sound a bit more like single exhaust. I had aX-pipe on for 2 weeks and gave it away as I did not care for the sound. I like the old fashion "true dual" exhaust note. $275.00 for the X-pipe + labor for install +labor for dismantling and then +$150.00 for rewelding back on old H-pipe 2 weeks later. This was a costly mistake 4 me. I GAVE this X-pipe 4 free to Forum member Blue98Coupe in Sactcramento CA. Hope this helps.
