Torque converter vibrations

Does anyone know if these vibrations are a problem on a 1995 C4 as well? I'm having my trans rebuilt with a shift kit and TCI breakaway #242800 (2400-2800 stall). I was planning on ordering the converter today.

Im all fixed up now ...TCI came to the plate and sent me a "BILLOT" tripple disc converter to replace my defective unit free of charge.. can not express how satisfied i am with the customer service of Kevin /scott in engineering at TCI. I am sending my Vigilane back for a tear down. I am also buying the heavy duty backing plate from Yank. While the car is apart I'm going to pull the torque tube apart and check for any signs of wear.... With a little luck, no more vibe.

Looks like with this balance situation, even if replacing with GM factory parts there would be a problem??

Cured my vibration! Sent my vigilante converter back for a re-stall, installed a Yank backing plate, and a LGM billet coupler. Not sure which fixed the problem.....But
