I am having trouble with the temperature control unit on my 01. It's blowing cold air on the passenger side and warm air on the drivers side. Any suggestions as to what might be causing this?

Your driver side air mix door is not working. There can be many causes for this - door actuator (motor) shot (that was my problem), solenoid, etc., or you might just need to do a reset.
By "reset" do you mean pulling the fuses in the passenger floor fuse panel (18 and 21 I think) and reinserting them? If so, I did that and still have the same result. If "reset" means something else, please let me know what that is and I'll give it a shot. Thanks for your help.
I am having the same problem with my 99. I disconnected my battery overnight ( approx 22 hrs) and when I reconnected the battery this morning my car still had retained all of its memory functions including radio presets and the a/c is still out of balance. Does anyone know how long I need to leave the battery disconnected to completely erase the memory and hopefully reset the a/c? I have been removing both the positive and negative leads from the battery.
I had the same problem with my 98 and reset the doors a bunch of times which did not help - it turns out the systems was low on freon, which I had evacuated and refilled - works perfect now -
no HVAC codes. air temp is 60 degrees on passenger side and 80 degrees on driver side with the controller set to 60 deg on recirculate, passenger controller set to full cool.

You can do it by pulling the HVAC fuses or by disconnecting the battery - I prefer the former method. If that doesn't do it, then something in the system is broken. The dealer can find it with a TechII. Luckily, I had it fixed on extended warranty a few months ago. The dealer even had the air mix door motor in stock
