Suspension mods
I have a ' 04 C5 A4 and I have been researching the suspension upgrades available. Before I commit to buying anything I would like to know if the 04's share any ZO6 suspension components like sway bars or shocks?

Yep, agree. The 04 C5 and Z06 do not have any of the same suspension components except the a-arms.
If you want to exchange your suspension with Z06 parts, they will fit just fine. Keep your eye on the for sale section and you will likely find used Z06 parts for about 50% of new when Z06 guys like me upgrade to track suspensions. I sold my whole suspension online.
