Make sure the bracket is in the right hole in the rubber support.
Make sure the bracket is not bent.

They are both in the right hole. If I take one bolt off where is attaches to the cat pipe and turn it 7/8 it lines up with other side.Maybe when they welded the donut on they did not weld it right is that possiable?

I had a similar problem with mine. I ended up making a rubber spacer under one of the hangers. When I installed my QTP headers, the Random Tech X pipe had a little more slop in the bolt holes where the cat back attaches and I finally got them perfect. I think this is pretty common.

Very common, mine does the same thing. Have not gotten around to doing something about it.Will try rubber mount, then bending muffer mount. Hopefully one of those will work, if not gotta go deeper.

John~Had the same problem when I installed mine. The tech and I adjusted the flange hole(s) for the that side (hard *** bit to drill the titanium), aligned them and wala perfect fit with both sides equal to eachother. Mine was about the third swap (OEM to ZO6) and he had it pretty well perfected.

Thanks I will try that today hopefully it will work. The deal told me to cut the pipe between the cat and the flange adjusted to where I want it and use a coupling to put both pipes together that is what they always do it is fast and easy.thanks for all your input. John
