Will a c6 shift knob fit a c5??

The shifter will bolt right in place of the C5 shifter.

You'll need to modify the C6 **** to fit on the C5 if you just want to use the **** alone on the stock C5 shifter shaft. The bore is slightly larget, is not threade and uses a setscrew to lock onto the C6 shaft. Modified C6 ***** ready-to-use on the C5 are sold on ebay.
