Check your wires again. Make sure they "snap" onto the plugs and coils. If the wires have a lot of miles on them they may need to be changed.

Also check for any broken plugs. Some installers do not remove the plugs when installing headers = broken plug(s)

My $$$$ is on broken damaged wires...they are easy to break/damage when pulling off which is why I went with new wires after install and damage is hard to see.....I would say screw all the hassle and buy new wires....

You should not notice any drivability problems with just headers and make sure all of the o2 sensors are tight.

Thanks.
Kooks 1 3/4 headers, 3" offroad X, to B&B PRT's. Stage II heads and a 230/236 cam also really help the sound.

Thanks Guys. Problem solved. Had burnt wires on one rear O2 sensor & my mechanic had all the O2 sensors crossed up. Thanks Pewter99 for that thought.

Glad you got it fixed...I did the same thing, had the O2's crossed up and caused cyl#1 to misfire.
