If I can only affoard $1500 for 15 to 20 hp, what mods' could I
choose for my Vette Tech to install on my 99 six speed coupe that is currently stock 345hp.???? I have Flowmasters on my Silverado and they sound good, are they any good for Corvettes?

I'd buy a used set of headers from the FS section here, then buy a cold air intake, ie Vararam, MTI ram air, Blackwing, etc....and if possible buy a cat-back exhaust. Your pricing should look something like this.
Used headers- approx $600
Cold Air intake- approx $300 Depends on new or used.
Cat back exhaust- approx $600- again, depends on new or used.
I think you could find all 3 used here on the forum for <$1400.
Another option is to modify your stock airbox so it breathes better (do a search and there's plenty of info on this) and avoid the charge for the cold air intake. Take that money and put it towards something else.....high flow cats, under drive pulley, etc.
