Default Blew out my Bilstein shocks some how???help

So im driving in chicago traffic.. not goin more than 10mph and all of a sudden every time i hit a bump... CLUNK!! CLUNK really bad... I was like oooo nooo.. I installed the bilstein sports about 400 miles ago... So i get home, take off the wheel and this is what I see...

The worst part about it... I take a look at the other side and see that the shock is starting to do the same thing?

That doesn't look right. Is it missing the circlip and big washer??? The piston should not be exposed at all.....

It should look like this

Without the boot

With the boot

Are you missing the dished washer on the bottom of the rubber bushing? Or did it somehow push through the rubber?

edit- OK, EG types faster than I do!

Bilsteins are lifetime warrantied anyway. Take them back. That's what I have done. Replaced no questions asked as long as you have the receipt.

EG,

The washer should be below the bushing, not on top of it. It should be from bottom to top; circlip, blue boot, washer, bushing, car frame, bushing, washer and then locking nut. Your pic is not right.
There's no reason to return it just re-install it correctly. You merly shoved the circlip thru the bushing. Pull it off and re-configure the set properly and you'll be fine. The warranty probably does not cover installation mistakes.
