Default Water dripping from heater blower

My 1999 vette is leaking condensed water through the heater blower. I've taken off the drain pipe, the one behind the wiring harness in the center of the firewall. It was clear and dry. Has anyone had a blockage elsewhere?

Well I think that did it. I got a couple of pints of water out along with a white pellet, which may well be a slime mould. As some of us say in England, this forum is "the dog's b*****ks".
