trans fluid change
The trans fluid in the resoviur of my 01 Z06 is light brown, like really weak tea.
Should I change it?
how do I change it if yes??

The fluid being light brown does not mean it is bad, it is automatic trans fluid (Dex III). It is probable ok, but would be better with a Mobil1 oil for protection and durability. Not sure how to do as I have only worked on Auto. But with most manual trans there might be a drain plug (low) and another plug to refill (high). maybe someone that has done it before can chime in. I think it holds 3.75 quarts
Just make sure, as silverz06vette was saying, that you are not looking at the clutch fluid which is NOT trans fluid.
