abs and traction control..
I'm trying to acquire the module and valve that most people have had problems with as my '00 coupe needs them to take off those abs and traction control lights. Not to mention work better and drive safer 
However, my question is that I don't have active handling in my car but the person I might be getting them from does. Does it make a difference if I take his parts and install them in my car or are they compatible? THanks.

97's and some 98's had the TCS module in the rear (behind the differential). All cars with AH would have the front-mounted TCS module.
That said, I don't know if there is a difference in the later years with and without AH.
